Overview
Join Cornerstone Builders of SWFL, Inc. as an Inventory Specialist and become an integral part of a team leading innovation in the remodeling sector. This role focuses on meticulous inventory management to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records and timely coordination with internal departments and vendors.
Key Duties
- Manage receipt and accurate placement of inventory within the warehouse or storage units.
- Conduct frequent inventory audits to verify stock completeness and accuracy.
- Receive deliveries, validate contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to maintain precise inventory tracking and resolve shipping or product issues.
Skills and Capabilities
- Effective multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact respectfully and professionally with colleagues.
- High attention to detail, particularly in identifying and rectifying inventory discrepancies.
- Dependability, punctuality, and reliability in work attendance and performance.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is required.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Work Schedule and Requirements
- Availability Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Experience preferred but not mandatory: 2-3 years in inventory-related roles.
