Inventory Management Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Purchase and Inventory Management Executive with 3 to 4 years of specialized experience in the mobile phone industry to manage comprehensive procurement and stock control activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete procurement operations for mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
• Evaluate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent both shortages and surplus stock.
• Create purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and guarantee prompt receipt of goods.
• Keep accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verifications and physical audits.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance departments for seamless inventory flow and order processing.
• Analyze inventory data to produce reports and suggest improvements for better inventory management.
• Lead vendor negotiations, manage pricing discussions, follow up on payments, and handle purchase-related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and inventory control guidelines.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools for planning purchases, tracking inventory, and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management within the mobile or smartphone sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management software.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, negotiation savvy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
