직무 설명
Role Overview
We are seeking an International Voice Process Agent to join a leading multinational corporation based in Delhi-NCR. This position involves generating and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound sales channels to build a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain and track sales opportunities using CRM tools.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by addressing their inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding of customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation degree holders are welcome; freshers and experienced candidates (0 to 5 years) in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, Insurance Sales or related fields can apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.
- A customer-focused mindset combined with problem-solving aptitude.
- Resilience and ability to achieve targets in a goal-oriented environment.
Compensation
The monthly salary package ranges between 25,000 and 35,000 INR.
