Overview
The International Data Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in advancing international data projects by enabling data-informed decision making, aligning stakeholders, ensuring readiness of operations, and delivering superior reporting across global markets. This role involves close collaboration with both business and technical teams to translate organizational demands into insightful analytical solutions, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, track operational metrics, and offer actionable intelligence through reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication abilities, sharp analytical skills, and proven capacity to lead multi-stakeholder outcomes in a dynamic international context.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL to examine datasets related to fans, marketing, products, and operations.
- Convert complex data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Conduct on-demand analyses to back strategic efforts and operational decisions.
- Support the establishment of key performance indicators, unify metrics, and create measurement standards.
- Deliver presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design and upkeep recurring business and operational scorecards.
- Produce executive-level presentation materials and reporting documents.
- Aggregate contributions from various teams into concise status reports and dashboards.
- Track performance patterns to discover areas for improvement.
- Guarantee metric consistency and reliability across all stakeholders.
- Assist with operational preparedness and production support of data products and reporting solutions.
- Manage incident intake processes, prioritization, monitoring, and resolution coordination.
- Bridge communication between business units and technical groups during troubleshooting.
- Support root cause investigations and promote corrective actions.
- Maintain dashboards for operational health, track issues, and remediation activities.
- Contribute to process enhancements aimed at increasing system stability and dependability.
- Serve as a key liaison among business, product, engineering, analytics, operations, and external vendors.
- Collect and translate business requirements into practical analytical outputs.
- Coordinate and synchronize efforts across diverse teams ensuring priority and timeline alignment.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews to drive progress.
- Ensure accountability and persistent follow-up across workstreams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, operations, program management, or associated roles.
- At least 3 years of direct experience using SQL.
- Proficiency in developing executive presentations, scorecards, and regular reports.
- Demonstrated aptitude for collaborating with both business and technical teams.
- Skillful in eliciting requirements and converting them into actionable analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capability.
- Preferred: Experience with operational support, incident management, and readiness for production launches.
- Familiarity with customer, marketing, product, or operational data analytics.
- Experience interacting with global teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata handling, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience using workflow tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalents.
