Position Overview

We are inviting applications for a dedicated, customer-oriented Internal Sales Representative to enhance our CustomerLink team based in Penrose, Auckland. You will act as a pivotal contact for product, pricing, and technical guidance, facilitating smooth order fulfillment and outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, precise customer service over the phone, sharing product, pricing, and technical details.
  • Accurately log and oversee customer orders via SAP, ensuring punctual completion.

  • Maintain excellent accuracy standards, minimize order-entry mistakes, and manage calls effectively.

Qualifications and Experience
