What you will do

• Support customers with product information and guidance across a varied client base.
• Handle front counter service, as well as customer enquiries and orders received by phone and email.
• Process counter sales and help with day-to-day branch sales activity.
• Carry out some warehouse tasks, including picking and packing customer orders.
• Make local deliveries when needed.
• Build strong customer relationships so the branch remains a preferred supplier.
• Help plan and deliver showroom promotions that encourage counter sales.

Experience and skills wanted

• 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• A customer-first approach with sound service ethics.
• Good problem-solving ability and an inquisitive mindset.
• Comfort working with blue-collar, construction, and industrial stakeholders.
