Internal Auditor

Overview

The Process Consultant (Internal Auditor) role involves conducting systematic reviews of automotive dealership sales processes to ensure compliance and optimize sales workflows. Working as part of a team, the consultant audits various departments including Sales, Insurance, RTO, After Sales, Accounts, HR, and IT to verify control adherence and process integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time process audits based on check-sheets at automotive dealerships to enforce standardized sales procedures.
• Develop and maintain detailed databases using Excel and customized tools to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the sales process and the associated control environment to effectively identify discrepancies and issues.
• Detect and document risks by gathering pertinent evidence and evaluating control effectiveness through reconciliations and physical verifications.
• Adhere to tight deadlines as assigned by supervisors while maintaining high professional standards during client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fresh MBAs, Graduates, or CA Articles with over one year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Tally is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including managing challenging individuals or groups.
• Capability to independently or collaboratively plan, execute, and document audit assignments according to professional standards.
• Effective time management skills to perform well under deadline pressures.

Additional Information

• The role operates on a six-day workweek with a rotating day off that may not always coincide with Sundays.
• Location: Delhi-NCR region, India.
• Salary range: INR 16,000 to 22,000 per month.
