Key Responsibilities

• Execute audits to assess adherence to management directives, procedures, and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization.
• Record audit observations and deliver pragmatic recommendations derived from objective analysis.
• Compile detailed audit reports to be presented to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
• Act as the Internal Audit representative in interdepartmental project groups and management consultations, providing expert advice.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders through clear communication and teamwork.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CIA, CPA, or ACCA are mandatory; additional credentials like CFE, CRMA, or CISA are advantageous.
• Between four to five years of practical experience in internal auditing, compliance monitoring, or internal control systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of internal audit standards and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Strong communication abilities with capacity to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
