Job Overview
We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor based in Bangalore, Karnataka, to oversee the execution of interior design plans. This role focuses on bridging design concepts with on-site implementation, managing project schedules and communications, and ensuring high-quality commercial interior outcomes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and direct space and design planning efforts for effective application of interior design strategies.
- Coordinate designers’ calendars, organize meetings with relevant stakeholders, and maintain materials samples and libraries.
- Carry out regular on-site inspections to verify that design standards and project timelines are adhered to.
- Oversee project scheduling, gather relevant performance metrics, handle logistics including shipping and inventory, and manage accounting aspects for assigned projects.
- Serve as liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to communicate project objectives, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial interior projects is mandatory.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range from 35000 to 45000 INR per month.
