Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Perth showroom team. This role involves managing interior design projects from the initial client briefing through to final presentation, as well as supporting Design Consultants by leading design initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Manage projects starting from client briefings through to final presentations.
• Prepare conceptual presentation documents and develop detailed architectural design documentation.
• Choose materials and finishes appropriate for each project.
• Create comprehensive project schedules.
• Take the lead on design projects by fostering innovative and creative design solutions.
• Keep updated with the latest trends and developments in design and furniture.
• Ensure accuracy of all project scopes prior to presentations.
• Report and reassign potential leads when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a similar interior design role or studio environment.
• Relevant qualification in Interior Design.
• Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience working with sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving excellence.
• A genuine passion for interiors and elevating living spaces.
• Availability for full-time work including at least one weekend day.
