Hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure Projects in Qatar

Overview

Mannai Networking & ELV is expanding across the region and seeking seasoned professionals to join their MEP and ELV teams working on hyperscale data center projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Candidates with substantial expertise in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex MEP infrastructure are encouraged to apply.

Interview Opportunity

Face-to-face interviews will be held in India at Hyderabad and Chennai, tentatively during the first week of August 2026. Shortlisted applicants will meet directly with project leadership and recruitment staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the planning and execution of data center construction projects.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track and manage project schedules, budgets, quality benchmarks, and deliverables.
• Review engineering designs, technical submittals, and construction documentation for compliance.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee on-site activities and troubleshoot technical or operational challenges.
• Support processes including testing, commissioning, handover, procurement, and material management.
• Compile progress reports and produce technical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory proven experience with hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Between 5 and 15+ years of relevant experience, dependent on the specific role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and project lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with international standards and industry best practices.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, NEBOSH, OSHA, Autodesk BIM, or equivalents advantageous.
