Role Overview

The HVAC Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in the United Arab Emirates. This position entails responsibilities for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC units across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments, abiding by company guidelines and regional regulatory requirements. Daily duties include diagnosing problems in HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance activities, inspecting electrical and plumbing setups, and ensuring safe and efficient system operations.

The technician must interpret technical blueprints and manuals, compose service documentation, and articulate findings and recommendations clearly to supervisors and clients. Coordination with other on-site trades, timely response to repair requests, along with upkeep of tools, devices, and work environments are also integral aspects of this job.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and associated components.
• Know-how of plumbing installations relevant to HVAC work, including piping, drainage, and connection tasks.
• Experience in preventive maintenance procedures such as inspections, cleaning, air filter replacements, and performance evaluations of HVAC equipment.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical principles applicable to HVAC, including wiring, control systems, and correct usage of diagnostic tools.
• Effective communication skills, dependable work ethic, and ability to collaborate flexibly with team members in a dynamic project environment.
