Role Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our client on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves managing employee relations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring the organization's compliance with applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Address employee queries related to benefits, company policies, and procedures.
- Keep detailed and confidential personnel records and documentation up-to-date.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Collaborate with management to resolve workplace concerns and recommend improvements to HR processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Solid understanding of HR policies and employment legislation is essential.
- Prior experience with HR information systems or databases is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to manage confidential employee data with discretion.
- Previous experience in a similar HR support role is mandatory.
