Role Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (People Partner) plays a vital role in boosting company performance through tactical and strategic HR consultations that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to integrate HR strategies with business goals.
• Offer advisory support and coaching to senior leaders on HR matters and talent management.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition to hire and onboard the right talent, focused on retention.
• Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure compliance, optimize workflows, and foster best practices.
• Lead HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, recognition programs, and communication feedback mechanisms.
• Drive employee surveys and focus group discussions to assess workplace atmosphere and implement findings.
• Organize engagement activities and team-building exercises to increase participation.
• Co-manage employee reward and recognition programs in line with company policies.
• Guide performance management processes including mentoring, coaching, and career development support.
• Develop and introduce metrics and frameworks for effective performance management and lead calibration discussions.
• Identify training needs and align learning programs with organizational objectives, including succession planning and talent development.
• Oversee training effectiveness to ensure goals are achieved.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably with sales and collections teams.
• Proactive and accountable mindset with leadership qualities.
• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of how employee experience affects culture, productivity, and retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments.
• Self-driven with the ability to set ambitious goals and work independently.
