Seeking a dedicated administrative specialist to support the Human Resources Manager thoroughly.   • Monitor labor data through Kronos and Excel, producing reports for departmental evaluation.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by validating I-9 forms and inputting employee details in Greenhouse and Oracle Fusion systems.
  • Manage offboarding activities by processing termination and exit documentation accurately.
