Job description
Overview
Egatee Online Nigeria is seeking a skilled and dynamic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Training Facilitator based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This full-time position entails delivering comprehensive and practical HSE training programs tailored to various industries, ensuring compliance with Nigerian regulations while fostering a robust safety culture.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct a range of HSE training sessions including but not limited to HSE levels 1, 2, and 3, Fire Safety, First Aid, Risk Assessment, and Permit to Work procedures.
- Design and develop educational materials such as presentations, manuals, and assessment tools to support effective training delivery.
- Ensure all training content strictly adheres to relevant Nigerian regulatory frameworks including DPR, NESREA, and OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and certificates issued to participants.
- Perform site inspections, lead toolbox meetings, and provide safety briefings as needed to reinforce safe work practices.
Candidate Requirements
- At least four years of practical experience in the HSE field, with a minimum of two years specifically in training or facilitation roles.
- Exceptional presentation abilities and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of Nigerian HSE legislation and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare and manage training documentation.
Additional Information
Salary for this role is set at ₦250,000 gross per month. The position is located onsite in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
