Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Recruiter to be a part of our on-site team. This role involves actively sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines using various employment portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, JobHai, and other relevant platforms to fulfill hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently source candidates across multiple job portals and internal databases.
• Perform initial candidate assessments and shortlist profiles that meet job criteria.
• Arrange and facilitate interview schedules between clients and applicants.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of candidate information and recruitment reports.
• Ensure follow-ups are conducted timely to provide a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Prior hands-on recruitment experience is essential.
• Capability to manage and prioritize several hiring projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively among stakeholders.
• Applicants must have previous experience in a Recruitment or Staffing Firm, specifically in a Non-IT domain.
