About the Role
This position is for an HR and Visa Coordinator working on an outsourced contract basis for a duration of one month in Dubai. The role involves managing visa processing and employee onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire visa application lifecycle including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status modifications.
- Coordinate the onboarding and mobilization of new employees to the organization.
- Handle the preparation and management of critical HR documents such as CVs, offer letters, Ministry of Labour contracts, medical reports, and visa paperwork.
- Engage with Public Relations Officers (PROs), government bodies, and internal teams to facilitate visa and labor-related processes efficiently.
- Monitor visa expiry dates closely to ensure timely renewals and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with affiliate offices and internal stakeholders to secure necessary documentation and approvals.

- Previous experience with visa processing procedures and employee onboarding is mandatory.
