Job Summary
The HR Admin Lead will oversee daily HR operations throughout Eatx, ensuring smooth execution of functions such as onboarding, employee record management, payroll coordination, and compliance adherence. This role is essential for maintaining structured and accurate people processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise HR administration activities across the entire group
- Manage all stages of the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and employee benefits
- Prepare and handle HR documents, employment letters, and staff inquiries
- Collaborate with PRO and government entities on visa and compliance matters
- Maintain and monitor HR systems to ensure data accuracy
- Lead and provide support to the HR administration team
Candidate Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- In-depth understanding of UAE labour law, visa regulations, and HR compliance requirements
- Proficient in HR Management Systems with experience managing employee records and coordinating payroll
