Job description
About the Role
The HR Admin Executive will play a crucial role in managing comprehensive human resource functions within the company. This position involves overseeing recruitment, HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, policy development, employee engagement, office administration, HR data management, and exit procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment process, coordinating manpower needs with department heads and management, conducting candidate screenings/interviews, managing offers and induction, and tracking manpower planning and vacancies.
- Administer attendance, leave management, employee records, HR documentation, and maintain employee master data systematically.
- Handle appointment, confirmation, salary increments, transfers, warnings, resignations, and relieving processes with proper documentation and timely updates.
- Prepare and verify payroll inputs monthly, ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and maintain all statutory HR records accurately.
- Collaborate with department leaders to manage employee KPIs/KRAs and performance evaluation cycles, supporting performance-based incentive schemes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures to standardize company-wide HR processes including joining, attendance, leaves, appraisals, exits, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs to foster skill development and maintain a positive workplace culture encouraging employee retention.
- Manage office administration tasks alongside the allocation and tracking of company assets such as laptops, mobiles, SIM cards, and ID cards.
- Maintain accurate HR data within the ERP/HRMS system and prepare detailed weekly and monthly HR reports on headcount, attendance, vacancies, attrition, and performance for management review.
- Lead exit management processes including resignation handling, notice periods, role and asset handovers, exit interviews, and clearance of final settlements ensuring no premature employee releases.
- Provide leadership support by assisting in manpower planning, organizational development, and fostering a disciplined and accountable work environment through coordination with heads of departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance related to labor laws.
- Experienced with performance management systems and employee appraisal cycles.
- Ability to formulate and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Competent in planning and executing employee engagement and development programs.
- Well-versed in office administration and asset management for employee equipment and property.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems and preparing HR MIS reports.
- Capability to handle exit processes with full compliance and documentation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to support leadership in organizational development and manpower planning.
Additional Information
Salary ranges between 18,000 and 36,000 INR per month based on experience and qualifications.
