Role Overview

As a Houseparent, your key responsibility is to help create a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment for the young residents. Your work will directly contribute to nurturing a true sense of home.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare healthy and nutritious meals in line with the organization's Healthy Living Award standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in living spaces, bedrooms, and communal areas.
• Manage laundry duties, inventory control, and uphold hygiene standards.
• Collaborate within a team focused on prioritizing the wellbeing of young people.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with cooking, cleaning, or housekeeping in environments such as homes, hospitality, schools, or care settings.
• A friendly and positive disposition, with a readiness to assist others.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
• Care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possessing a driving license is desirable but not required.
