Role Overview
Priority Management is hiring housekeeping staff for its Monroe, Louisiana facility. The position supports the day-to-day needs of the department under the direction of the supervisor and is available in both full-time and part-time shifts.

Key Duties
The housekeeping team is responsible for keeping resident rooms, restrooms, shared spaces, floors, and office areas clean and orderly while following facility procedures and infection-control standards.
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, floors, and office spaces according to approved procedures.
- Manage time effectively and complete assignments within scheduled work periods.
- Collaborate smoothly with coworkers and contribute to a team setting.
- Use proper infection prevention and control practices at all times.
- Tag personal laundry items such as blankets and sweaters with the correct identifying details, including name, barcode, or reference number when needed.
- Track laundry production and inventory details in line with facility policy, such as pounds processed and number of loads.
- Participate in department and staff meetings when scheduled or requested.
- Complete routine duties and any additional non-routine work assigned by leadership.
- Remove trash into the correct containers and place a new liner in the receptacle.
Shift Information
This role is offered in full-time and part-time shifts.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience of about one year in a nursing center is also preferred. Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
