Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bag good aisles ensuring they are tidy and presentable.
• Manage cardboard waste in the warehouse by emptying and organizing recyclable materials.
• Create bales from cardboard and other materials to assist in recycling efforts.
• Sweep and vacuum trash from assigned aisles regularly.
• Collect broken pallets, cardboard, and trash to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Remove damaged products and transfer them to the designated damage area.
• Keep stairwells clean and safe to use.
• During adverse weather conditions, maintain sidewalks by shoveling snow and spreading ice melt as needed.
• Clean bathrooms, office areas, and breakrooms to uphold hygiene standards.
• Empty trash cans across various facility locations.
• Order supplies needed for housekeeping to support ongoing cleaning operations.
• Sanitize commonly touched surfaces such as door handles, handrails, and phones regularly.
• Clean windows to ensure a polished and professional appearance.
• Consistently maintain a safe working environment adhering to all safety protocols.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to apply.
• Willingness to work non-traditional shifts and varied hours.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe operating procedures for powered equipment, and proper lifting techniques.
• Proactive participation in fostering a strong and effective safety culture within the facility.
