Housekeeping Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-oriented Housekeeping professionals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service and creating innovative solutions for our guests. This opening is located at Towers Rotana, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments, keys, and supplies from supervisors and accurately log them.
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms including bed making, sanitizing sinks, tubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and polishing metal fixtures.
• Ensure fire exits and stairways remain unobstructed.
• Immediately report any maintenance issues found during cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness by collecting litter from corridors and pathways.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe surfaces, empty ashtrays and wastebins.
• Restock bathroom and room supplies as needed.
• Arrange guest toiletries neatly and spot-clean carpets when necessary.
• Keep guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas tidy at all times.
• Remove trays and trolleys used for room service from rooms and hallways promptly.
• Coordinate with valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, attentive, and dedicated with cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to extend effort and time as required.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, customer orientation, adaptability, teamwork, and understanding of job duties.
