Village Hotels is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to help lead a high-performing housekeeping team. You will support the Housekeeping Manager with hiring, coaching, guiding and inspiring the team to deliver a consistently excellent service.

Key duties

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with recruitment, team leadership, coaching and motivation.
• Support the delivery of outstanding service across the housekeeping operation.
• Maintain very high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet first-class presentation expectations.
• Help enforce health and safety compliance at all times.
• Step in hands-on wherever the team needs support.
