About the Role

Village Hotels is looking for a Linen Porter to support the housekeeping operation at its Chandler's Ford property. This role sits within the wider cleaning team, which plays an important part in creating a memorable stay for every guest. What You’ll Do

• Help maintain clean, well-presented linen and support the smooth running of the housekeeping area.
• Work closely with the cleaning team to help ensure guests enjoy an excellent experience.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, courteous manner and represent the hotel positively.
• Complete tasks quickly and efficiently while still maintaining the required standards.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and other hotel departments.
• Take ownership of your performance and contribute to customer satisfaction and team success.
