Role overview

Voyages Tourism Australia is hiring an experienced Hotel Gardener to join the Outback Hotel team at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, Northern Territory. This is an onsite position in a unique outback setting, about 20 minutes’ drive from Uluru.

The role suits someone with a genuine interest in horticulture and outdoor work, and who can help maintain hotel landscaping to a high standard while respecting the surrounding natural environment.

A full Australian manual driver’s licence is required.

Key responsibilities

• Keep all hotel landscaping in excellent condition and maintain a consistently high presentation standard.
• Work with the management team to create a practical and achievable landscaping plan.
• Carry out gardening and landscaping tasks carefully and professionally, with attention to the fragile environment.
