Hotel Cleanliness Specialist (Accommodation Support Assistant)

Position Overview

This role focuses on more than just providing guests with a clean room and neatly made bed. The goal is to create a distinct and memorable experience for guests. As a Hotel Cleanliness Specialist, you will undertake a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure the overall appearance and tidiness of the entire hotel are maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out guest room and public space cleaning duties efficiently and professionally.
• Manage and stock housekeeping carts to facilitate uninterrupted service delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to accommodation support and cleanliness.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional communication standards at all times.
• Ensure personal grooming and uniform meet the company’s professional standards.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and handling objects up to 50 pounds independently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in housekeeping or related fields, understanding comprehensive cleaning functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Capacity to work effectively within a team and adapt to various workplace demands.
