Position Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays a vital role in ensuring a pristine environment throughout the hotel. This position focuses not only on delivering clean rooms and freshly made beds but also crafting a memorable and unique experience for guests. The role encompasses a broad range of housekeeping duties that maintain the hotel's overall appearance and hygiene.

Primary Duties

• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas efficiently and thoroughly.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally to enhance their stay.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Engage in physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow all company safety protocols, policies, and confidentiality standards consistently.
• Present a professional demeanor regarding personal appearance, uniforms, and communication.

Additional Information

This role is non-management and based at the hotel's Marasi Drive location in Dubai, UAE. Full-time schedule and on-site presence are mandatory.
