Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Summary

This role involves far more than just cleaning rooms and beds; it focuses on crafting an exceptional and unforgettable guest experience. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will master a variety of housekeeping tasks ensuring the entire hotel maintains its appearance and cleanliness. You will have the autonomy to manage your responsibilities across hotel spaces, which include responding to guest requests, organizing supply carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, alongside other related duties. Your efforts are key to creating a welcoming and pristine environment for all guests.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Success in this position requires adherence to maintaining a safe workplace, following all company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, upholding stringent quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style at all times. The nature of the job necessitates being on your feet—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods—as well as actively engaging with manual tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and positioning items weighing up to 50 pounds without help. Fulfilling these duties and other reasonable tasks is critical to consistently delivering excellent service and results.
