At Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, we're seeking dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Experts. This position plays a critical role beyond merely providing guests with clean rooms and neatly made beds. It involves crafting a unique, unforgettable experience by maintaining the overall aesthetic and spotless condition of the entire hotel property.

Primary Responsibilities

Our Cleanliness Experts are empowered to proactively carry out a variety of tasks: attending guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, sanitizing guest rooms and common areas, alongside other related duties that ensure the hotel environment remains immaculate and welcoming. Their activities contribute directly to enabling guests to enjoy an exceptional stay.

Working Conditions and Expectations

Success in this role depends on several foundational commitments including ensuring a safe working space, adhering strictly to organizational guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and sustaining a professional appearance and communication style. The role requires constant physical activity such as standing, sitting, and walking for long durations, plus the ability to handle tasks that involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing items weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Fulfillment of these duties and any other reasonable tasks assigned is crucial to guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
