Position Overview

FoodFund International is seeking experienced Hostesses for two exclusive dining locations at Ristorante Loren and San Beach on Palm Jumeirah. These roles demand professionals who can ensure a welcoming and seamless guest experience in luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest reception including handling reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently during busy periods.
• Provide a warm and attentive service, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal connections with guests.
• Maintain professional grooming and presentation to meet the high standards expected in premium hospitality settings.
• Utilize reservation management software such as SevenRooms or similar platforms to coordinate bookings and guest flow.
• Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and multitasking skills to handle a demanding and dynamic work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience working as a hostess in premium restaurants, luxury hotels, or upscale beach clubs.
• Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills emphasizing a guest-centric approach.
• Professional appearance and grooming aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Familiarity with reservation systems like SevenRooms is advantageous.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
