Job overview
This role is for a courteous and polished hostess to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive, coordinating seating, and helping ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
What you will do
- Greet arriving guests warmly and professionally.
- Guide guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Track reservations and manage the waiting list.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to guest questions.
- Maintain a neat, tidy, and well-organized reception area.
- Work with the restaurant team to deliver strong customer service.
What we are looking for
- Fluency in Arabic; English ability is an added advantage.
- Solid communication and guest-handling skills.
- A pleasant, courteous, and well-presented appearance.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
