Position Overview
Rising Next Move India Private Limited is recruiting for the role of Home Loan Executive to join NoBroker, a renowned PropTech company in India. This position is based in Bengaluru and involves working from the office. The primary focus is managing internal home loan leads, supporting customers throughout the lending process, and achieving sales objectives while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert internal home loan inquiries into completed loan applications successfully.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate home loan options.
- Guide clients through every stage of the home loan application procedure.
- Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, necessary documentation, and advantages of loan products.
- Liaise with Credit, Operations, and Underwriting departments to expedite loan approvals.
- Collect and verify all customer documents meticulously.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers providing status updates on applications.
- Meet monthly sales targets while keeping CRM systems up to date.
- Ensure superior customer service to enhance satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in home loans, banking, NBFC, mortgage, or financial sales preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; degrees in B.Com or Finance are advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with effective negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and loan processing software.
- Adept at working in environments with sales targets.
