About the Role
We are seeking reliable Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Ammanford, Wales. This role offers a great opportunity to remain active, enjoy independence, and engage with customers directly. Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to safe loading processes involving manual handling and heavy lifting inside the delivery van.
- Follow safe driving rules and best practices at all times on the road.
- Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy before each shift.
- Deliver food ensuring it arrives in excellent and fresh condition to customers.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
- Assist store staff as needed to support smooth operation.
- Manage your time well and work independently to meet schedules.
- Be flexible to work various shifts, potentially ranging from 6 am to 11 pm.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
- Display a positive attitude, friendliness, and commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
- Be punctual with the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
- Have strong awareness of road safety regulations and practices.
