About the Role

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading processes, including handling heavy lifting and managing manual tasks securely.
• Drive responsibly and in adherence to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the van is in good condition for deliveries.
• Maintain the quality of food deliveries to ensure customers receive their orders in optimal condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and present a positive image of Iceland Foods.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary to support overall operations.
• Work independently with strong time-management skills to meet delivery schedules.
• Exhibit flexibility by working variable shift patterns between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Employee Qualifications

• Possess a full valid driving license held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Be punctual and dependable with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Show a solid awareness and commitment to road safety practices.
