Overview
Biofusion seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and support clinical operations across diverse projects. The role involves managing project activities to ensure regulatory compliance, smooth coordination, and successful execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for clinical operations in multiple projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate and coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders.
- Lead clinical research initiatives including protocol and budget development.
- Ensure strict compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior staff and research team members.
- Oversee daily clinical trial operations, including patient recruitment, retention, and documentation management.
- Maintain effective communication channels between different teams involved in clinical trials.
- Manage clinical data processes by ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and deliver data and study reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate all phases of clinical trials from initiation through completion.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Qualifications range based on specialization: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related fields; Master's or PhD degrees required for senior clinical research roles.
- Experience requirements from 1 to over 5 years depending on role scope, including clinical operations, research management, trial coordination, and data management.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, regulatory and ethical guidelines such as GCP and FDA regulations.
