Head of Operations

About the Role

We seek a qualified Head of Operations to join our reputable proprietary trading firm based in Dubai. This position involves overseeing day-to-day business functions and optimizing operational flow to support sustainable expansion. Only applicants with direct experience in prop trading firms will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and effective business functioning.
• Lead and coordinate operational teams to maintain efficient interdepartmental workflows.
• Enhance existing operational procedures and implement scalable systems for process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support units.
• Handle trader onboarding, administration of funded accounts, processing payouts, and maintaining operational protocols.
• Track key performance indicators and promote continuous optimization of processes.
• Drive the successful implementation of operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential: substantial experience within a proprietary trading firm environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and proven track record in operations management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of prop firm workflows including trader lifecycle, funded accounts, and payout mechanisms.
• Strong organizational skills paired with excellent problem-solving and effective communication capabilities.
• Aptitude to excel in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business setting.

Additional Information

The role requires physical presence in Dubai and involves working six days per week. Compensation details will be discussed individually based on experience.
