About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic HR leader to oversee HR Operations and Talent Acquisition efforts across India and Saudi Arabia. This position demands expertise in recruitment, HR operations, labor law adherence, employee relations, and policy management. The ideal candidate brings over 15 years of advancing HR experience, including managing cross-border HR activities, team scaling, and contributing to business growth in fast-paced settings.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead all phases of recruitment: sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Drive recruiting programs across India and Saudi Arabia, managing both volume and specialized roles.
- Ensure an excellent candidate journey and monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost per hire.
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Oversee maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support internal and external HR audits and keep records audit-ready.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in India and Saudi Arabia, including Saudization and visa requirements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel for policy creation, contract drafting, disciplinary actions, and compliance investigations.
- Manage payroll structures, benefits, expatriate pay and allowances, and performance management cycles.
- Handle employee relations by responding to grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead employee engagement and retention strategies across locations.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to inform leadership decisions and suggest process improvements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience focusing on operations and talent acquisition.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian and Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Experience managing a cross-border and expatriate workforce.
- Proven ability to work with legal teams on policy, contracts, compliance, and employee relations matters.
- Hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Adept at operating in dynamic, fast-changing business environments.
