Position Details

We are currently seeking a dedicated Hausmeister:in (m/f/d) for KOB GmbH at locations including Bad Kissingen, Gemünden am Main, Hammelburg, Oberleichtersbach, Oberthulba, or Schweinfurt.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure the objects under your care are maintained in a safe, functional, and regulatory-compliant condition.
• Properly operate equipment while monitoring the technical status of tools and devices, coordinate maintenance activities, and manage appointments with external contractors.
• Conduct repair works including maintenance and refinishing tasks on structural facilities such as painting and fixing.
• Perform minor maintenance and upkeep of the bus washing stations.
• Manage timetable postings and maintain and care for bus stops.
• Technically oversee the dish service vehicles as part of your duties.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical or craft-related vocational training; prior experience in facility management is advantageous.
• Possess both manual skills and technical comprehension.
• Physically fit, adaptable, ready for deployment, and demonstrate professional and customer-friendly behavior.
• Confident in using tablets, PCs, and common office software, including MS Office.
• Must hold a valid Class BE driver's license; Class D/DE licenses are preferable or willingness to obtain them.
• Training in oil separator maintenance and electrical inspections is desirable or a willingness to complete such courses.
