Job Responsibilities

• Carry out painting, repair, and general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with relocations as well as cleaning and remodeling activities.
• Maintain and care for the outdoor premises.
• Monitor and ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper functioning across the entire company grounds.
• Perform smaller craft and repair duties both inside and outside the facility.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual trade such as electrician, locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, or in heating and sanitation.
• Some professional work experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• High enthusiasm towards maintaining cleanliness and order.
