Hardware Asset Management Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hardware Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Dublin, Ireland on a full-time basis. This role involves handling hardware asset lifecycle support, including deployment, inventory updates, and logistics, within a fast-paced organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage case workflows through the company ticketing system effectively.
• Assign and deploy hardware resources to end users appropriately.
• Coordinate with both internal and external users to arrange hardware pickups and deliveries.
• Assemble collection boxes and ship asset return kits accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date records of asset inventory and support case documentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing asset shipments diligently.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience using support ticketing systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment, managing deadlines while ensuring precision.
• Capability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong initiative-taking ability.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage responsibilities independently.
