Job Overview

The Handyman role reports to the Engineering Department and works to enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring all hotel rooms and common areas are well maintained and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Fix minor maintenance issues such as leaking taps, furniture repairs, and drywall patching.
• Conduct routine inspections and upkeep of equipment, fixtures, and building infrastructure to prevent malfunctions.
• Handle plumbing repairs, including leak repairs, drain unclogging, and fixture replacements.
• Perform minor electrical tasks such as changing bulbs and switches.
• Carry out painting and touch-ups to maintain hotel appearance.
• Execute basic carpentry work including repair or replacement of wooden fittings.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest maintenance requests.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols during maintenance activities.
