Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Gymnastics Trainer enthusiastic about working with children aged 2 to 10 years. Candidates should have a background in sports-related activities, possess good communication skills, and be eager to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging gymnastics classes based on The Little Gym curriculum.
- Motivate and nurture children in a fun and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents in either the local language or English to update them on their child's development.
- Prepare thoroughly for lessons, ensuring adherence to the curriculum and organized sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain regular contact with parents to provide progress reports and address attendance issues.
- Document children's progress through quarterly assessments.
- Manage financial records including sales allocation and petty cash.
Candidate Requirements
