Guest Transportation Manager

Job Overview

Lead the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Etihad’s Guest Transportation operations both within the UAE and internationally. This role ensures a flawless, secure, and premium guest journey, overseeing chauffeur and shuttle services to guarantee operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service excellence throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute Guest Transportation strategies focused on cost-effective, innovative service aligned with business goals.
• Manage complete chauffeur and shuttle operations, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality benchmarks.
• Handle all aspects of vendor management, from selection and contracting to performance assessment and compliance oversight.
• Maintain exceptional standards of guest service quality, timeliness, and customer care to foster a superior experience.
• Enforce safety, regulatory, and risk management policies, including efficient incident and emergency response management.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including budgeting, expense control, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and monitoring performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrated, efficient service delivery.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team to promote accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Implement process reforms and leverage agile methodologies and innovative solutions to enhance service effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
• Proven track record with 7 to 10 years in transportation, aviation ground handling, mobility, or related operations.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience overseeing operations and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, service delivery, and managing budgets.
• Experience in the aviation sector or premium service industries is preferred.
