Overview
Join Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Experience Expert - Concierge in Doha, Qatar. This role is dedicated to providing guests with not just smooth check-ins and check-outs but a unique and memorable stay. The position is onsite and full-time within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively deliver a broad array of services guiding guests throughout their visit.
- Handle operational tasks, address guest inquiries, complete necessary reporting, and share local highlights to enhance the guest experience.
- Empowered to work independently, moving freely around the property to fulfill guest and operational needs.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures while protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring quality standards.
- Uphold a professional appearance and communication at all times.
- Physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for long periods and performing light lifting (up to 10 pounds) as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
