Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated entry-level Groundspersons to become part of the dedicated team at Duntroon Military College. This full-time role is ideal for individuals eager to work outdoors and develop new skills within a supportive company that values employee contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular maintenance and care of site grounds and gardens.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to ground maintenance activities.
- Receive training to proficiently operate various groundskeeping equipment, including ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, and other machinery.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid Open Driver's Licence.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
- Strong work ethic, positive mindset, and dedication to delivering excellent results for clients.
