About Clarity Diagnostics
Clarity Diagnostics is a prominent point-of-care diagnostics company serving clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers across the nation. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in the New York City office to support sales, branding, and product initiatives through compelling visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging layouts, create die lines, and produce production-ready artwork tailored for diagnostic and healthcare product lines.
- Generate print-ready files compliant with manufacturer and printer requirements, ensuring precision and uniformity.
- Develop marketing materials including product one-pagers, sell sheets, brochures, technical specification sheets, and instructional documents.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to guarantee design assets meet brand guidelines and product standards.
- Work alongside external manufacturers, printers, and vendors to ensure smooth production and delivery of materials.
- Review proofs and production samples, revising as needed to uphold quality and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all print and digital marketing collateral.
- Manage several projects concurrently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong expertise in packaging design, die line creation, and print production workflows.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experienced in preparing production-ready artwork and files for manufacturers and commercial printers.
- Capable of interpreting briefs and delivering independent creative solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail along with solid organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and external vendors.
- Ability to sustain brand integrity across diverse product categories and marketing channels.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a capacity to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field is required, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
Compensation and Work Schedule
This full-time position is based onsite at our Manhattan, NY office, requiring five days a week attendance. The salary range offered is between $55,000 to $66,000 annually.
