Role Summary

The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft engaging and consistent visuals that strengthen brand recognition and elevate JobTread's presence in the construction industry. This position offers a full-time, on-site role with a combination of base salary and bonuses, ideal for creative individuals eager to contribute to a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful digital and print design materials, including marketing collateral, web assets, and social media visuals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a unified brand identity is maintained across various channels.
• Drive the creative process from initial ideation through to final execution, aligning designs with company goals.
• Enhance design usability and user experience consistency across mediums.
• Keep updated on current design trends and tools to produce fresh and innovative visual content.
• Support video editing and animation efforts for multimedia marketing campaigns.
• Perform additional design-related tasks as required by the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years professional design experience within agencies, corporations, or small businesses.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print design work.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing websites and digital interfaces.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a positive and communicative approach.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adjust priorities promptly.
• Knowledge of print production requirements and file management.
• Comfortable liaising with vendors such as printing companies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Additional Desired Skills

• Understanding social media graphic requirements including export settings and file formats.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating large-scale graphics for events like conferences and tradeshows.
• Knowledge of REACT framework.
• Video production skills including lighting, set design, and audio/video setup.
• Video editing proficiency with After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, Jitter, or similar software.
• Experience producing product animations using Figma and Jitter.
• Photography experience.
