Role Overview

We are expanding our team by inviting creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designers to contribute across print and digital media. These contract-based, part-time positions accommodate professionals, early-career designers, or students seeking to enhance their portfolios. Work is typically asynchronous, involving collaboration with content strategists, curriculum developers, and client teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Design varied materials including curriculum guides, worksheets, and instructional visuals.
Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and event materials.
Develop social media content, including branded templates, campaign visuals, reels, and infographics.
Produce presentation decks and keynote visuals tailored for educators and organizational leaders.
Design digital products like web graphics, course thumbnails, PDF toolkits, and user interface components.
Support client projects across schools, nonprofits, and government agencies with effective design solutions.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrates creativity, precision, and a strong design aesthetic.
Possesses a portfolio—academic or professional—that reflects visual style and competencies.
Experience with design tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
Open to learning, receptive to feedback, and collaborative in approach.
Exhibits strong communication and efficient time management skills.

Applicants may be students, self-taught designers, or professionals transitioning into design; potential and enthusiasm are valued over perfection.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in design for education, nonprofit, or government sectors.
